1. Acceptance of Lease
For Webshop orders, this Lease takes effect when the Lessee clicks “I have read and accept the rental agreement” and completes checkout. For offline orders, acceptance is confirmed when the Lessee or their appointed proxy signs the Lease, or when full or partial payment is made. The Lessee agrees to all terms of this Lease, whether or not they have read them.

2. Disclaimer
Lessor reserves the right to gather information from third parties regarding Lessee's past rental history and creditworthiness. Lessor reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders. 8. Out of Stock Products
Equipment availability estimates assume all items are returned on time within their rental periods. If any Equipment becomes unavailable, Lessor will notify Lessee and make reasonable efforts to offer substitutes, unless Lessee chooses to cancel part or all of the order.
