The Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 Di III RXD Lens is the first 3rd party AF zoom lens for Sony Full Frame E mount. It's 28mm starting focal length is key to its small size and fast aperture. 4mm on the short end is significant and noticeable, but take a step back and you will get things in frame just like the standard 24-70mm range. It weighs only 550g compared to the Sony 24-70 f/2.8GM which is double the weight. Overall a very pleasant lens with great IQ and beautiful bokeh.
